Booking a fun casino with us is simple. We have run fun casino events since 2006, and our founder brings 34 years of casino industry experience, so every step is planned around one thing: a great night for your guests. Here is how our fun casino works, from your first message to the last spin.

What Size Casino Do You Need?

A good rule of thumb is that every guest should get a seat at a table at some point in the evening. Smaller gatherings and poker nights often need just one or two tables; larger year-end functions and weddings usually combine blackjack, roulette and poker. Tell us your numbers and we’ll recommend the right mix.

Who Books a Fun Casino?

Our clients range from families celebrating a 40th at home to companies hosting year-end functions for hundreds of staff. Schools and charities book us for fundraisers, couples for weddings, and friends for poker nights and bachelors parties. Whatever the occasion, the format is the same: real tables, professional croupiers and fun money, so every guest can play.

Where We Set Up

We bring our fun casino to homes, gardens, hotels, conference centres, wine farms and function venues across the Western Cape and Gauteng. We only need the space for the tables and access to set up earlier in the day. Indoors or outdoors under cover, we’ll check the space with you before the event so there are no surprises on the night.

1. Tell Us About Your Event

Send us your date, venue or suburb, guest numbers and the type of event: a birthday, wedding, year-end function, team building day, poker night or fundraiser. Rough numbers are fine at this stage.

2. Get Your Quote

We recommend the right mix of tables for your crowd (blackjack, roulette, poker, dice or wheel of fortune) and send a clear, no-obligation quote. Book two tables or more and our Vegas entrance package is included free: a 5 m red carpet, gold stanchions with red ropes and two giant dice ottomans.

3. Make It Yours

Choose a theme such as James Bond, Casino Royale or the Great Gatsby, or keep it simple with no theme at all. We personalise the fun money with your name, logo or message, and you can supply prizes for the top players.

4. We Set Up Before Your Guests Arrive

Our team sets up earlier in the day, at your home, venue, hotel or wine farm, so the room is ready when the first guests walk in. You don’t need to provide any equipment or staff.

5. The Casino Opens

Every table is run by one of our own professional croupiers, never subcontracted, and a dedicated Casino Manager hosts the evening. Croupiers explain each game as they deal, so first-time players join in straight away. Guests play with fun money only: no real gambling, no real money, just the thrill of the tables. Four hours of gaming is standard, and extra time can be added on the day.

6. Winners and Pack-Down

At the end of the night we count the chips, announce the top players for your prize-giving, and pack everything away. You enjoy the party, we handle the rest.
