CORPORATE ยท TEAM BUILDING

Casino Team Building Events

A team activity your people actually look forward to: real casino tables, professional croupiers and play money โ€” so everyone takes part, from the quiet new starter to the competitive sales team.

Why a Fun Casino Works for Team Building

Most team-building activities split a group into the people who love them and the people who watch. A casino floor is different. Each table seats a handful of players, the croupier explains the rules as the cards are dealt, and within ten minutes colleagues who barely talk at work are cheering each other on.

Because guests play with fun money only, there is nothing to lose and no pressure on anyone. It suits mixed teams, every age group and every budget conversation โ€” and it fits into a venue, an office or a conference centre without anyone having to change into sports kit.

Ways to Run It

Team challenge

Give each team the same starting stack and see which team finishes with the most fun money at the end of the night.

Mix the departments

Seat people from different departments at the same table โ€” the games give them something to talk about straight away.

Prizes for the winners

You supply the prizes; we track the chip counts and announce the top players and the winning team.

Planning a Team Building Casino Event

Start with your numbers and the time you have. A good rule is that every guest should get a seat at a table during the evening, so a bigger team needs more tables. Tell us your headcount and we'll recommend the right mix of blackjack, roulette and poker.

Then choose the format. Some companies run a relaxed casino evening; others turn it into a team challenge with the same starting stack for every team, a time limit and a leaderboard. Our Casino Manager keeps track and announces the results at the end, and you supply the prizes.

Finally, pick the venue. We set up in boardrooms, conference centres, hotels, wine farms and function venues. Set-up happens earlier in the day, so the room is ready when your team arrives, and everyone plays with fun money only, so it suits every workplace and every budget.

Questions We Often Get

Does anyone need to know how to play?
No. Our croupiers teach blackjack, roulette and poker as they deal, so first-timers can join in from the first hand.

How many tables do we need?
It depends on your team size and how long you want people to play. Tell us your numbers and we will recommend the right mix of tables.

Can it be part of a conference day?
Yes. It works well as the evening activity after a conference or strategy session, at the same venue.

How long does a team building casino last?
Four hours of gaming is standard, with set-up done earlier in the day. Extra gaming time can be added on the day if the team wants to keep playing.

Can we include it in a team building day with other activities?
Yes. Many companies run workshops or outdoor activities during the day and finish with the casino in the evening, at the same venue.
