Fit the casino around your programme. Because set-up happens earlier in the day, the tables can open the moment the last session ends, during pre-dinner drinks, or after the formalities of a gala dinner.
Size it to your delegates. Not everyone plays at once, since some will be networking at the bar, so we recommend the number of tables based on your delegate numbers and the length of the evening.
